Hi Sue,

Does the Museum have the display case with lights and a rotating table that Steve B referred to above?  If not, it would be great to get that donated too and have the trophy on permanent display.

Thanks.

Thanks.

PS:  Too big to copy.

Sounds wonderful.  Would be a great addition to telling 'our' Cadillac story.

Really glad to have joined the CLC again.
Feedback from experienced members is helpful in understanding the true values.
Hoping to buy my first Cadillac by the end of the year.
Many thanks.

My local NAPA store carries the original style rubber replacements that just slide in and just recently started having the whole original style wiper blade holder(silver/chrome looking).  I think they call it "The Classic", not 100% sure.

I was expecting a convertible for the asking price.  It might find a serious buyer at half the asking price.

I've had good results ordering kits from Mikes Carburetor. He sent the Daytona valve in the kit for my '54's 4GC and never having installed that type was skeptical but it really made my 331 idle like never before. That valve replaces the needle and seat. Also bought his kits for Carter WA-1's and a kit for my '61's AFB and all worked out well.  T.Irvin

New Hemmings private listing.
Good initial pictures and description, in my opinion  ;)

Mike,

I was lazy to look back over your previous posts, but where did you find the convertible frame grey rubber nipples shown in this photo.

Have fun,
Steve B.

Do you see places where the structure is touching the main panel?  I will have to go look but I was thinking most places its touching.

Anyone have a parts manual what years were the hoods the same?  I suppose that doesn't help since they could interchange even if they were trying some weight reduction design one year.
