Looks like a painted roof to me but photos aren't the best.

If you go to the picture with the man standing on the other side of the car and expand the picture looks like there is a seam on the roof.

Yes.  The seam is clearly visible in other pictures as well.

Aftermarket vinyl roofs are possible. If painted: a seam can be made to look like a real vinyl roof.
