Title: Want to buy '41 Cadillac 346 motor and transmission complete

I have a 1941 60 special fleetwood. Previous owners had installed '52 Cadillac drivetrain which is now worn out. So looking for complete engine & transmission to make correct. Plan B would be to put late model Cadillac drivetrain in, 500ci turbo 400.

Im interested. Is it complete (carb to oil pan, generator? Starter?) Does it run? Need rebuilding?
