Hello,
Some time back I searched for a 1937 sunvisor mount for one side. The one I have is marked on the back side as being PATPEN T06357L. I need the other one for the other side, but don't remember the number. I'm driving the car 400 miles roundtrip for its first long trip for our daughter's wedding and would like to have the sunvisors mounted.
If you have this part and would like to sell it please contact me ASAP.
Many thanks,
Ty Stinson

Ty,
I think because of the angle, those things are right and left justified.  I have one for the driver's side.  The one's for 55 Chevys are almost identical and fit perfectly.  You'll have to buy a pair, but they're not expensive and they're alread chromed.
Let me know what you want to do.

Hello Ken,
On the back side does it end with an"L" or "R" or one or two digits (numbers) different? I'm not sure if mine is a left or right, but I need and opposite as they are location specific as you suggested.

Hello Ken,
If you have one for the driver's side I think that is the one I need. When you look at it for mounting the sunvisor on the driver's side does the screw go in at the bottom? If so, and it looks like the one I have, I would like to purchase it. Thank you.

From what I can tell, they just have different numbers.  I've never seen one with a "D" or "L."
If you'll send  your address to my home e-mail (kkarrer@austin.rr.com)  I'll send it to you. I bought it for $28 on e-bay and it turned out to be for the wrong side.  Check it out and we'll go from there.

Hello Ken,
Thank you for sending the mounting piece for my review. I really appreciate your interest. But, you can see by the attached photos that it will not work with my sunvisors because it is too large and the mounting screw holes will not align on one side. I am sending it back to you and thank you again for your efforts and offer.

I need a smaller one like mine. If someone has one to sell I need the one that will have the screw on the bottom when mounted on the driver's side.

Please see attached photos and thank you.

Hello Ken,
I had taken your original box to the post office to return to you last week and they said the box was too small and they would not mail it. So, I have put it into a larger box and it went out to you this morning. Sorry for the delay. You should receive it soon. Again, many thanks for your efforts.

No problem.  Sorry that it didn't work out.  Can't imagine why they would have changed the mounting holes by such a small amount.  Good luck and let me know how it goes.
