I'm thinking about getting a new set of keys cut, as I only have one working pair and they are True Value blanks.

On eBay I see a bunch of different blanks that claim to be OEM...some metallic, some gold etc.
can anyone tell me what I would likely have gotten from a dealer buying a 75 Eldorado?

Thanks!

They would have been the satin silver look. GM logo on one side and Cadillac crest on the other. Gold keys did not come along until 1984.

Note the letters on the existing keys and order those blanks rather than depending on the years in the listing.  Lock cylinders could be interchanged so you may not have the original letter for your year.

In 1975 the Ignition Key is all by itself
The doors and trunk and Glove were all the same.

So if you do buy blanks go to a locksmith don't go go true value or Home Depot to have them cut, typically locksmiths constantly check their machines so that they are within thousands of an inch for accuracy.

Also to answer your question the dealer would have possibly supplied the customer with the silver A+B keys with the Cadillac crest on the heads.
Naturally they would be cut to work the locks.
