I have a 1958-1961 A5 GM Harrison Compressor. This unit was sold to me in the 1980's as a 'remanufactured' unit. It as I purchased it ...painted green.
It has a block off plate on the rear lines.

 It's had dry shelf storage for decades. 

It does turn as the only test completed.

What you see is what you get.

Pictures create concern of operational capacity.  Not very compelling.  Please rethink your pricing.

In compromise, i can list it on eBay with a $200 minimum bid and let the market find its value?

I attached a comparable that sold at $650
