1961 CADILLAC WHEEL COVER HUBCAP light blue.

A light silvery-blue.   Looks like Bristol Blue or maybe Nautilus blue to me.
Too light to be York blue.  It's lighter than Dresden blue too. 

The photo looks a little darker than in real lighting.

It's good to have a spare color keyed wheel cover in case you lose one.
