Pat,
  Heres some of it.  Someone else will have to help with a couple of the things.  

By the way, I didnt see it in your post, but most plates have a body number also.  The body numbers went in the order of production for each model.  For example, if you had an Eldorado with a body number of 547, your car would be the 547th Eldorado made that year.  

Heres what I know.

63-6239:   The 63 is for 1963, and the 6239 is the style code for a 4-door 4-window sedan.

Trim:   33 is your trim code.  It corresponds to the material and color of the interior.  Someone who has the salesman data books should be able to tell you what color/material goes with code 33

Paint:  22 is "Benton Blue Poly"

Top:  If the car came with a vinyl or convertible top, this code would tell what color it is.

ACC:  E, X, Y, and K are codes for the options that your car was ordered with.  I dont know which letter goes with which option, so someone else will have to cover that one.
