Just wanted to share this incase someone else needs to make them as well. If you are in need of the material to make the emergency brake cable loop that attaches the cable to the rear trailing arms you can use:

Cloth Inserted SBR Rubber, 0.062" Thick,

I ordered mine from Amazon for $6.50
And was 12"x24". Just cut to dimension.
It is the same material look and finish as factory with thread inserted.

SBR - Styrene-butadiene Rubber
Just make sure you use fabric/thread inserted to allow for mechanical fastening without tearing due to reinforcement.

I hope this helps someone.

Thanks, John
