On the high side price wise but otherwise looks real nice.  When I see nice Cadillacs like this with low mileage I think $13,500 is really not a bad price, subject to inspection. But I compare them mentally to $4500 to $7500 car with 35,000 to 70,000 miles I see all year long.

70's large cars are the new collector darlings I think, especially for many burned out on $100,000 "muscle cars" many of which are "restomods" because original meant a slower car I guess (LOL).

Matt Harwood had and may still have a 13,000 mile 1975 Lincoln Mark 3 for $16,000 or so that would be an instant HPOF candidate.  He sells 70's large cars (I won't call them boats) all day long in that $14,000 to $22,000 range with per him - buyers stacked up to buy them.

I would have a hard time dropping 13 large on a 2 door hardtop BUT it appears these cars have turned a corner appreciation wise and you should re-coupe (pun intended) your investment if you want something different 5-8 years from now.
