Seems like an odd question.  Is this going to be another one where the wiper controls are missing? 
73 Eldo convert w/FiTech EFI, over 30 years of ownership and counting
Somewhat recently deceased daily drivers, 80 Eldo Diesel & 90 CDV
And other assorted stuff I keep buying for some reason

I thought this was going to be another mystery or maybe the same car from not that long ago where someone had replaced the door panel with one from a later car where the wiper controls were in the dash and not bothered to re install the wiper stuff.
