So I will need to buy everything. Cylinders, Shoes, Springs etc.

I think I should get my cylinders from Caddy Daddy

I can get adjusters from Jason Edge.

What are your thoughts on shoes and spring kits.

I have replaced drums once before on a 2010 Ford.

What things should I consider and be aware of when I reassemble these.

Check that the pistons move in the new wheel cylinders. I have had new ones out of the box that were stuck. You might consider rebuilding what you have. These parts are all made in China and quality is hit and miss.

Then you don't have an option. Make sure your back shoes match each other and the front facing shoes match each other. I had that problem too, and this was Napa. Maybe I am being too cautious but I went through the brake job from H.... and dont wish it on anyone.

Do you have riveted or bonded shoes?  If you have riveted linings and the shoes aren't damaged, I would look for a brake shop that can reline your OE shoes. Have the drums machined and the shoes arc ground to your drums. This will give you the best brake stopping power.
