Hello everyone. Dick Paskiet will be making running board trim pieces for '37 LaSalles in the near future. He has about 5 or 6 sets to make, including mine. His business is Northfield Forming. Phone # is 330-854-6003. Just passing this along to other club members... Have a good day... John C. Lehman... CLC # 26365....

Hey,
I have a 1940 LaSalle.
Do you know how much he wants?
Thanks,

Mike, you might expect a complete new tooling cost as they are different parts. The cost spread out over a half dozen sets is going to be less than you having him make the correct ones for your car. What you might do is get up a group of owners who want/need them and see what he would charge for your car. One good thing in your favor by doing this is there are way more 1940 LaSalles out there than 1937 ones. Good luck. BW.

Hello guys. Dick quoted me a price of $ 400.00 for a set of '37 LaSalle running board pieces. He said they are completely finished and ready to install. He said he thought the SS is .025" thick. I think this heavier stock than original. Call him and ask for a price. He probably has the tooling for most models... John C. Lehman... CLC # 26365....

do any one knows if the 38 is the same as the 37?

Steve Passmore

37 are completely different running boards than 38.
