Yes, but I can't imagine there are many cars out there with these items missing?  Doubt there are many 4 doors waiting for restoration.

Steve, I have friend who needed a set and MADE them. You can see the car in Vegas at the member's collection who has all the '41s.  Jack Miller at one time had four '41 conv. sedans. One Roadmaster, and three Cadillacs. The "third" one was a parts car and he used part of a 6219 sedan for the rebuilding. Made new rear doors as well. I think he took the body plate off the car and attached it to a better cowl... There was enough of the car there to finish the job. He just wanted to see if he could do it.

Did that myself over 20 years ago Barry. Pulled a 41 convertible coupe out of a wrecking yard in Freeport Maine which had sat there since 1959. It had all steering, engine, transmission, and axle gone. Chassis rusted right through. Interior and floors rotted away completely.  I was younger then and "just wanted to see if I could do it" Used a sedan chassis by swapping the flitch plates over and re-stamping the numbers   6 grueling years later it was finished and still wins prizes to this day.  Before and after below.
