WTB: Vacuum Advance for 1952 Cadillac 331 -- sits next to the distributor. I'd appreciate knowing of a source that doesn't require buying the entire distributor assembly.  Thanks.

I am sending the 55's off to Fusick this weekend. This is a part i would only overhaul, not replace. Don't forget anything you find anywhere NOS or used still has a 65 year old diaphragm that you are expecting to hold vacuum.

Accorfing to my 1935-55 Master Parts List, the correct vacuum advance for a '52 is part number 111 6069.   They usually have the number stamped on the body of the advance.

Would second the advice to be wary of NOS, due to age.  I would also recommend, assuming you have a non-working unit, to send it to Terrill Machine in DeLeon, TX for rebuild.  They do a lot of them and know their stuff.
