Update:
No longer need one
My son and his friend anchored it between the posts of the floor lift with two stout come-alongs. Carefully applied pressure. Added some heat and it returned to it's correct shape safely.  Bolted it to the "upper" when still Medium Rare ending up with good fitment. Re-chrome the 4 month old chrome and he's set.

That's what I call and I assume a few others call the top and lower half of the front corner bumpers on a 59 Caddy.
