76 Biaritz convertable?

Did they even offer the Biaritz option in 76 on the convert models? I thought it was a coupe only option offered late in 76. I see some out there from time to time, but think they are customer modified with the additional chrome, etc.

The 1976 Biarritz (coupe only) was offered as a diversion for discontinued convertible market . I understand it was actually an ASC (American sunroof corporation) project.

Big Fins

The extra moulding used on the Biarritz package did look good though.
