'69 Fleetwood 75 Limo radiator re-core 3 or 4 row?

Can anyone confirm original size in a '69 Fleetwood 75 Limo?  Authenticity manual says may be 3 or 4.   (FYI, 3 row is 2", 4 row is 2 5/8") Parts guide just says one part number for all '69s to replace.  Shop manual doesn't state rows.  Data book says Limo has a few quarts more of coolant, but doesn't state if due to 4-row or rear heat.  As they made a 4 row back then, what else would you put it in besides a Limo or commercial

USA Parts sells a 4 -row that fits perfectly and that is what I would use.  Just got judged at GN and they approved of my 4 row on a 1970 (even though it should be 3 row).  I got stuck today on rt 95 in a traffic jam where my car idled for 3 hours!  Temp never went above 210'F according to temp gauge and it was 87'F outside.  Not too many classics can idle for three hours in drive.
