1939 Cadillac steering wheel. I bought it for my project but have changed direction.  Some tabs broken in the horn button but I'm not sure what impact that will have.  Comes with two horn rings pictured. 

Asking $550 obo including shipping.  Located in NY.

OK, after two months with no bites this is my opinion. Your price is waaaay too high for parts that cannot be used as is. The steering wheel is nothing but a core for an expensive recast. The horn ring has pitting and the tabs are broken on the horn button. Parts of similar condition can be found on any parts car.
