Ok I need help identifying a TV commercial from a few years ago.  I believe it was from a foreign car. Maybe asian.

The car was driving through the city and breaking through the pavement behind it was the tail fin of a Cadillac.  It follows the car like a shark with it's fin up.  Then there is I think a 62 Cadillac that passes the car dangerously on the lefts.   I think they were advertising their safety and blind spot monitoring. 

I just want to watch that commercial again and see that Cadillac shaft tail fin breaking through the pavement.
