My kids threw an anniversary party for the Mrs. and me last Friday night at Cumberland Mountain State Park in Tennessee, where we met and later married 50 years ago. They also put us up in a historic cabin that was built by the Civilian Conservation Corps in the 1930's.
When I exited the park early Saturday morning driving the Caddy past a row of the historical cabins, another couple placed their lawn chairs close to edge of their parking spot so they could get a view of a beautiful sunrise. The dew still glistened off the Cadillac as the factory dual exhaust rumbled past the couple. They both raised their arms in the air as I went by, and I heard the guy say, "Oh my God!"
Pretty grand finish to a fabulous weekend.
Congrats on 50 years and having such a beautiful car.
Wow wonderful news and beautiful picture!

It's actually Phoenix Beige. Never been repainted, although getting thin in places. Chrome still great also.
