Power seat quit working on a friends 84 CDV. Solenoids click and motor will run with jumper wires. Newest book I have is an 80. The wiring seems to match the 80 manual except for the 80 says there is a relay located under the seat. He has the seat out and the carpet loose. He has followed the harness to the door and still have not seen a relay. Did they eliminate the relay by then and just a more complicated switch?
