I am replacing the rear license plate filler panel on a 76 Eldorado. That panel was always a grey color regardless of the color of the car. The new filler panel is primed but it needs to be painted. Can anyone tell me the color code I should use? I want to make sure i get it right. Thank you. David
Hello,
I've always used Eastwood's detail gray. Make sure you spray on a adhesion promoter first. The gray looks great and will give it that factory look. Don't forget to add the "unleaded fuel only" sticker.

Hello, where did you get the filler panel from and are you 100% happy with the way it fits?
Dan,
Those are almost never a problem because the fit up under the bumper and can be adjusted from side to side as you tighten it.
It's all of the other ones that never fit! >:D

Hello, where did you get the filler panel from and are you 100% happy with the way it is? DAN! Here's a good place to go for your fillers: E & K BUMPER FILLERS 1-800- 354-1025. They are in Florida and I have purchase fillers from them that fit very well. I think they are open seven days a week. EAM
I have been using E and K for a while but according to Ken they are now making their own parts and the last 77 Eldo stuff I got from them was not too good.
So... I would make sure the parts fit before getting them painted.

I didnt have to good of luck with E&K either.
Took two sets to get some that fit. First set they sent looked home made.
