some time ago 26yrs to be exact. midas put on a pr or rear coil over shocks LL 512 on my 1975 caddy fleetwood brougham, and now they cant find a replacement for them
Any idea where i can find a similar rear shock

I take it the level control broke and you didn't repair it.
Those coil over shocks are easy to find.
There is a multitude of sites on the Internet of companies selling shocks. I personally used this site, with good luck. It took a little bit of time to get what I needed, but they didn't charge me until they sent the shocks.
