Just wondering if this would be a good purchase...
Iffin it were me, I'd be hittin' the "Buy it Now"
;)
A no-brainer!
Good thing I already have my set! That's about the going rate for these manuals. It's a minimal investment if you plan on doing some work yourself. This winter I repaired my power window guide and antenna for under $50.
Every time I buy a car, no matter how old, or new it is, the first thing I get is the Shop Manual.
Then, when I sell the car, I keep the Manual for my Library collection.
If I see any at swap meets, that are cheap, I buy them.

Amen, Bruce!
Chris
And an AMEN from me also!
Go for it, especially at that price!
Only if you want to keep it running----
The listing has ended, so it looks like it has been sold.
Hope you purchased it, as it was really cheap. And a lot better than the digital versions.

Yes... I purchased it...
Congratulations.
This is one publication that you will read from the front to the back, and never be able to put it down
except for when you grab some tools to work in the car.

I don't know about the cover to cover read. I Never want to have to read the entire 1996 Fleetwood or 2000 El Dorado manuals, too much electronic troubleshooting gobbly-gook. Now a mid 70s and earlier, those a re fun reads. A lot of explanation as to theory of operation, etc in them.
