I have a 1948 series 75.. I made it so engines can be interchanged from the flathead to a 331 ohv in an afternoon,,, The only thing that bothers me,,,, The 348 vibration damper is not on the front of the engine (in automatic) it is in the torus... the vibration dampener on the 331 is in front,,, I use the same transmission,, So when the 331 is used it will be "double-dampened" one in front and one in the torus,,,, Is this gonna be a problem?
