Title: Trim Replacement
Post by: Alex Paris on May 18, 2006, 03:26:33 PM
The chrome trim on the rear passenger door of my 1986 Fleetwood Brougham is dented, does anyone know where i can purchase a replacement for it? I greatly appreciate any advice you can offer.

There are places in most cities called junk yards. Best and cheapest. If you have no mechanical ability, most will take the part off for you. YOur car is too new for too many collectors to have stashes of parts, and Cadillac "ran out" of them years ago. If you do try someplace like U.S.A. Parts Supply Ltd, they will charge probably three or four times what a parts yard would. Good luck. (Perhaps someone seeing your post might have one.)
