Title: 1940 Cadillac grille on eBay question

grille listed on eBay, would it matter that the small part at the bottom seems missing?  Would one ever see the missing piece?  Would love to know because the part seems located right near me.  Thank you.

Hi Chip . I recently sold a solid 1940 grille needing total resto for $99 on ebay, but nothing was broken.

Im not positive, but it looks like a 72 or 75 grille which is different than the one that fits the 60S & 62. Make sure its the correct one.
