What is the correct color for the water pump and intake manifold on a 1962 Eldorado? I think the power steering pump is black. Is that correct?

Jim,

This is from memory so ...grain of salt. I believe the manifold and water pump are blue (the darker Cadillac Blue) and the PS is semi black.

HTH....But no flame mail if I'm wrong.

Hi Jim, I don't know about your Cad as I have a 54. I did the "back to factory finish" thing with it and used the authenticity manual from the CLC , I don't kno wif they do one for your year , but if they do it is well worth the money. The 54 has a dark Cadillac blue finish on the water pump and semi gloss black on the ps pump, I reckon yours will be the same.

I'm going with that combination. My engine is now completely rebuilt and painted Cadillac dark blue. Too bad they eventually get oily and dirty again.
Thank you guys for your input.
