Spedo and Clock for my 41

I need to get my speedometer and my Clock for my 41 fixed.  Will convert the clock if necessary.  Both need to be fixed mechanically and cosmeticly.  (SP)?  Any leads from a Cad owner would be help-full.  I live in CA, not that, that matters.
