Hi!
I need a new driveshaft for my 68 Brougham and got an offer for a driveshaft of a 70 Sixty Special.
Do you know if the 70 Fleetwood driveshaft will fit my 68? Are the part numbers the same?
Thanks for your work and time!

My Hollander book lists the 1970 as a one-year only.  It is not always correct but a pretty good guide.

I would have to agree. In 1970 Cadillac began using the big differential.

Thanks for your answers. The original driveshaft was repaired today and is waiting for the reinstallation.
Thanks again!

68 to 70 will interchange. the 69 or 70 may have a damper on it ( a round balancer)  but that shouldnt matter. the length is the same all 3 years. i drove a 68 fleetwood for 10 years. lots of memorys.
