Are 1959 and 1960 Coupe hood and trunk the same?

Looking at a nice 1960 hood and trunk lid to swap out on some rusty ones on a 59 coupe.
They look the same to me, is that true?

Bryan,

The main part of the hood & decklid are the same for 59 & 60; the lower sections unbolt & can be changed.  You will also notice different hole locations.
