power vent motor repair on 62 eldorado

I have power vent motors on my 62 eldorado. The gears are stripped and do not open/close the vent windows. Does anyone know were to get new gears, or to get the motors reworked?  Thankyou for your assistance.

USA Parts Supply sells new gears for about $90 each.
