In which MY and which model used trunk pull down first?
I know that '57 Eldorado Brougham was equipped with power trunk release and pull down feature.
I guess the trunk pull down feature was introduced earlier (maybe well earlier) but I do not know when.
Can you help me to identify the MY?

They were first offered as an option late in the 1955 model year (August).  So, you may
run across a few in 1955's but they became more widespread in 1956 as Otto mentioned.
The accessory symbol on the data plate was "S" from the factory.
