Hi,
Can anyone tell me if doors from a 58 coupe will fit a 58 Eldo Conv ?

Mike,

I referenced two sources to attempt an answer to your question.  I looked at the Hollander Interchange Manual and the Cadillac Parts Book.  According to both sources, all coupe and convertible door assemblies are the same, left and right, less hardware, glass, and trim for 1958.  There are unique front doors for the limousine.  There are unique front doors for the Eldorado Brougham.  There are unique shared front doors for the other sedans in 1958.
