Found a Cadillac inscribed wrench today

Anybody ever see one of these Cadillac inscribed wrenches? If so, did it come with the car or were they mechanics wrenches and I wonder how old it is? It has the number 1039 cast into the back of it and another casting with a W inside a diamond.

I have seen that W on tools before but I dont recall any other details about them. 
That appears to be an earlier script and looks like the car company.
