hello out there !

am rebuilding the tilt / telescope column on my 69

total rebuild

i installed the lock cylinder -  the barrel wont turn to the accessories position - what can i do about it ?

i am not really worried - as i will probably never use it - but wondering why it wont turn - and i dont wont to force it!

your thoughts please ,
