65-69 wheels same?

See someone selling a wheel on eBay.  Don't need, but I didn't know that the wheels were the same for all years.  My 69 Fleetwood 75 has front disc.  Can I use my stick 66 wheels on my 69?  Look the same but can anyone confirm?  Thanks!

In one word ,no! Non disc wheels will not go on a disc car, but you can put disc wheels on a non disc car.
The MPB shows 69-76 75 & CC only. Those wheels are heavy duty. The MPB also shows for 68 ,both small series & 75,CC wheels being one year only & different from each other too as in 69-76.
Also ,to avoid being "nit-picked" by anyone here, I realize that many 5 on 5 GM disc wheels can be interchanged.
I'm just giving the info in the MPB.
