Check the internet for local car shows.  It certainly would be pure luck to find an all Cadillac show given such short notice, but if you contacted the local region there, they would tell you when one will occur.

You could always take a road trip to St.Augustine, Florida?   Isn't Florida next to Georgia?

But then, it would matter on just where you are in Georgia.
