I believe the 79 Eldo's had that style.   Guessing if the rest of the cars didn't then they got them fairly soon after.   I think the same thing was used on cars like 98's and Electra as well as some F bodies.   The plastic housing and gears are reproduced.  Motors themselves apparently are fairly reliable.   The switch assembly has usually been my problem and seem to be difficult to find.
