Looking for some help. I have a 1968 Cadillac Sedan De Ville. The power windows all work, however the right rear window only goes down from the drivers control panel, it will not go back up. I've checked all connections on both the right passenger rear door and the drivers door panel and all seem to be connected properly. It seems weird that it will go down but not back up. The window words fine from the right rear passenger door it goes up and down fine.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried it with the door open in various positions? Could be a vroken wire in the door jamb. You can also run a jumper wire to bypass the switch to determine if that is your problem.

You definitely have a broken wire SOMEWHERE.

The easiest place to start the process of elimination is to remove the kick panel under the dash on the drivers side. Look for the connection that feeds the drivers door. do a continuity check from the contact on the drivers door switch to the wire connector behind the kick panel. If no connectivity the wire is most likely broken in the door conduit. Jumper from the contact on the switch to the contact on the connector behind the kick panel and see if the window operates.

You will need to follow this through each of the connections until you find the break.
