what is the name of the small bracket that is at the base of the rear back glass that the round rod attaches to ? I need a drivers side one but don't know what to call it for a search. Thanks John

Cadillac King in CA should have one, but there is a minimum fee to go out to their yard and pull any piece no matter how small/easy.  They have been a great vendor for me, you can text them this picture.  BTW convertible is spelled with an "i", not an "a".

Sure, i would also recomend you get a fisher body service manual.  An amazing resource that that will save you toms of time and money
