Is there an official colour paint chart for the red, blue, white and black paint on the medallions? I want to restore my originals. Mine are all brass I believe. Also is the brass colour just the medallion in it's true form?

Here's how they should look:

Many people purchase McVey's medallions.  This will give
you an idea of the colors.  I don't think there are any specific
color codes for the red, etc.  Some people who recolored
their own might chime in to tell you what they used.  I
purchased the reproductions as they are quite nice.

Also, I believe they were gold plated brass alloy.
