If anyone could help out, it would be much appreciated. I know nothing about these era cars.....Can the rear bumper fillers on a 1991 Fleetwood Brougham be removed without removing the complete bumper assembly, or does everything have to come off with the taillights as a whole? Hints, Tips, or Tricks are a Bonus!

It's best to resolve to removing the bumper assembly...not too difficult either
