My 68 front bumper (no ends) went from California to Ohio via Fedex Ground for $59.  Check Greyhound Bus or go terminal to terminal with a freight company.  My bumper was only 50 lbs, so most carriers would take it.

You need dimensions and weight to answer your question accurately, as different shippers have a variety of limitations.

theres a company called shipsmart (?www.shipsmart.com) thatll do it all for you, whatever/wherever/however.  one call really does it all with them.
