We are starting on a custom project converting a 1959 sedan deville into a coupe and need to know the length of the coupes doors. Does anyone have this info? Also, were the sedans overall body length longer than the coupes? Could also use any info/contacts for parts/trim in So. Cal area.

Thanks in advance,

Steve

At the position where the side stainless molding would be mounted the door is about 48 3/8" long.

All passenger car bodies except series 75 are 225" overall length.

Hey Steve:
I am in SoCal (O.C.) and have a couple of 59 coupes.  If you would like to inspect, take measurements, etc., I would be happy to help.  Just leave mine original!!  Get in touch if you wish.  Regards, Xavier
