My early 50's United Service Motors lists Guide bulbs only. What year/model Cadillac might these fit ?

Thanks in advance.

Hi Jeff: Looking through my GE reference on bulbs I do not find that bulb being used on Cadillac. As you know the Cadillac fog lamps through 1952 used a 6 volt bulb # 1022 and this was a pre-focused dual filament bulb, for turn as well as fog. I could not find the 4012 6 volt bulb being used as factory equipment on any make car or truck. If I were to guess I would say the bulb was used in fog lamps of the type that were add ons for mounting on the front splash pans or bumper brackets.
