This pertains to a '55 Coupe DeVille. The one strip on the roof rail trim for the quarter window has a curled edge that wraps around the rolled bead of the fuzzy strip ( the opposite is stapled to the stainless trim). What is a good method to remove this fuzzy strip. I tried pulling it out from the end but it is darn tight and won't bufge. I thought about trying to rotate it and twist it out but I am concerned to ruin the rolled edge on the stainless trim. Let's hear from one of the experts who has done this. Thanks.
