I am in the process of restoring a 1959 Cadillac Limousine.  After having gone through EVERYTHING under the hood I have only one leak, the power steering pump.  The power steering fluid "spurts" out of the fill lid.  I originally filled the canister to what I considered a normal level, since then I have had to remove fluid from it at least 3 times because the level was too high and it stated "spitting" out the fill lid.  It's like the car is creating more power steering fluid.  I am puzzled.  Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds like the system is air bound or has a blockage like a kinked hose.
