Can anyone show a pix of the back side of a 1937 clock? Need to know what the top hole is for. Is it for a bulb socket? If so, can you show what it should look like?
Many thanks,

One hole is for a bulb socket Ty, but theres another for a built in fuse held on with a bayonet cap, these caps are often missing as mine is.  The large hole is the bulb fitting.
